1961

The 1961 season of Formula One World Championship saw Ferrari win both the drivers' and constructors' championships. Phil Hill, driving for Ferrari, won the drivers' championship with a total of 34 points, while his teammate Wolfgang von Trips finished second with 33 points. Ferrari won the constructors' championship with a total of 65 points, ahead of Porsche with 33 points. It was Ferrari's first constructors' championship win. The team won four of the eight races in the season, including a 1-2 finish at the season-ending race in Watkins Glen, USA, securing the championship titles.
